re activation installshield 2013

Hi,

We acquired InstallShield Professional 2013 in November 2013, which was running on a Windows Server 2008 machine. We recently updated this machine to Windows Server 2012 R2. Since then, every time installShield is launched, it asks us to activate the product, even if the activation is successful.

We installed service pack 1 but we still have the problem.
We used and ran the IS2013ReactivationUpdate.exe program without success.
We ran the following commands, without success:

InstallShield Online Deactivation:
-----------------------------------------------------
1) Open up a Command Prompt and CD to C:\Program Files\InstallShield\2013\System
2) Type "TSconfig /return"
Once you have successfully returned the license, run the following command from the command line:
"TSconfig /activate" and then enter your serial number into the activation dialog screen
