offline actvation key required

please give the solution to activate offline ky

InstallShield Offline Activation:
-----------------------------------------------------
1) Open up a Command Prompt and change directories to C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2013LE\System
2) Type "TSconfig /return /no_internet" which should generate a request code.
3) E-mail the request code (save the file) to OActivations@flexerasoftware.com for an automated response.
4) After you recieve the response code, run the same command above (TSconfig /return /no_internet) and you will asked for the response text, just load the file.

Once this is done you should be activated.
