migration problem (from IS 12 to IS 2009)
HI,
i am converting IS 12 basic MSI project to IS 2009. i am facing 2 issues:
1. while trying to uninstall the converted project, i am getting finish screen after chosing maintenance option as 'remove', without uninstalling.
2. to uninstall, i have to try second time, then it is uninstalling but while uninstalling 'self-register dll', i am getting error as 'failled to unregister' a dll
no issues/error while converting IS 12 to IS 2009
no issues/error while uninstalling older version i.e IS 12
thanks in advance......

hi,
in my observation i came to know that:
1. uninstallation is failed, but installer is deleting 'bin' folder.
2. since 'bin' folder is the source location for those 'self-register' dll, i am getting error as 'failled to unregister' a dll.
it means my 2nd issue is resolved, but how to resolve 1st issue
