license issue for Installshield2014
Hi Flexera support team,
We have a Permanent Account Number for Installshield2014.
It looks that we cannot use this account anymore. It shows Activation complete! But when we try to open installshield project, it shows “The time-limited license has expired…”
PS: I tried all the ways mentioned here, but all not work.

Can some one from support team answer my question?
I dropped a mail to support@Flexera.com, but no respond till now.
Looks the customer service is bad. It is frustrating.

Hi Jenifer,
I tried, but not work.
The machine don't have internet access. I think Installshield will check the license per months.
So we have to re-activation with internet. But several times later, I found the re-activation not work.
Now i cannot open any Installshield project.
