isdev.exe crashes at build time

i try to create a quick patch project with is2009 that update two gac assemblies in the master msi. Whenever i include a gac assembly into the Patch Project, the isdev.exe crashes at build time and the project will close with an error. If i exclude the gac component from the patch project file, there are no problems and the build finishes without a crash.
i've attached a error log file.
maybe you can give me a hint to solve this problem.

after installing is2010 and testing the patch project, the compile comletes without any error or crashes. Therefore i think, the problem i had is only a problem with is2009.
