how to get license.lic

Hello everyone,

Since we need to use SAB to automatically build our .ism, I know that this tool requires license.lic, so I tried to register it with our serial number on the "Product and License Center Page", but this page always shows " r002: The product serial number is invalid or has been registered. Is there any other way to get licese.lic?

(I can run installshield 2018 R2 normally)

You will get this license file from our product and license center, 

Also you can  reach out to the support team who will be able to help you with this activation issue - you can contact them directly via phone using number provided at this link: they will help you to solve this quickly.
