how to create a shotcut recent applicaiton list at strat menu

Hi,
I want to create a shotcut not only at "start->all programs->my_appli" also in the recent application list when "start" is clicked. But I have not found any way to do the 2nd requirement. Please help if you know.

This is the location for shortcuts in the main start menu.
