I've sucessfully installed 11107_w2k8_x64_production_client on Windows7, but I couldn't connect to the database, the error is "[Microsoft][ODBC 驱动程序管理器] 驱动程序的 SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV 失败". How to resolve this problem.

Hi,
By default, InstallShield uses the Microsoft ODBC for Oracle driver to connect to the database. You can try using a different driver by modifying the information in the ISSQLDBMetaData table. Search in our knowledge base for Oracle and you will find some useful kb articles.
Also, are you trying to connect to connect to 64-bit Oracle DB using 64-bit Oracle client? Our Sql Support is only 32-bit, so you will only be able to use the 32-bit Oracle clients.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Alpesh
