I developed an MSI install package that includes a file over 2GB that is NOT included in a CAB file. It is just a direct copy.
The problem is that when I try to install on Windows 7 and when it gets to that large file, an error 1310 pops up saying that it does not have the correct permissions to the target directory even though all the other files that were supposed to be copied to that directory have no problem.
This same install works on every other version of windows.
