first dialog

Hi,

I need help with some problem. Is possible change design(skin) in first(see attachment file) dialog in InstallShield MSI project and how?

HI ,
Are you givening .MSI Or .EXE file to the End User. ?

If it is a Msi it possible to keep as a disable CD.
