We are still using Visual Studio Express 2010 specifically VB.NET
We would like to use InstallShield to create a installer for the EXE
Is this possible?
Is there a tutorial on how to do it?
Right now, we've had to install the .NET Framework and then copy the EXE.
Can this be done seamlessly?
