cannot open an H&R block .txx file using the installshield launcher unicode
I will explain my problem then attach a few screenshot of my problem. I am trying to open a .Txx file (T20,T21) an H&r block file using the installshield unicode launcher . When i click on the document, and click open with i then click on installshield unicode . Instead of opening directly into the file i get the following. (I know it should open up directly because it does so in a friends computer who is using H&R block software). I have not contacted H&R block on this because frankly as their techie support is poor. A few days ago i ctacted them regarding their taX program which i could not download..and After spending over an hr on the phone they could not solve the problem so i did.. Anyway your help in this matter would be appreciated.. . As am a non computer person and not a programmer you would have to explain the fix in layman terms or refer me to a link with step by step procedures to fix this. Also i feel that the msi package is corrupted.
