activation problem for Installshield license

Hi,

I have one user of Installshield license that has the activation message in png attached.

"The quantity specified exceeds maximum quantity allowed..."

On the Product and License Center , I see the hosts already activated on this license but I cannot remove one of them. 

Can you please help me to remove one host already activated to allow this new activation ?

Your license was occupied and hence it wasn't allowing you to activate.

The license is now available and you can continue activating your InstallShield product.
