about patch installing problem

There is no problem in patch building,but when installing,there will be windows installer window popping up at registering module step.After installing this patch,all the needed files have been updated,but when I Start the application,there will be windows configure this application messager for several minutes.Does anybody know why?
Seems windows installer has been updated?

also I can't uninstall this patch,though I have checked on the remove check box when building path.

On which version of windows installer are you installing the patch? Is this happening every time you install the patch?

My patch includes windows installer 3.1,So it will update windows installer on a machine when installing this patch.

yes,it happened at every time,and I want to remove those popping up windows of windows installer.do you know what caused that and how to remove?
