Why is flash32_18_0_0_209.ocx installed?

When I install my application, InstallShield LE dumps the file flash32_18_0_0_209.ocx to my target directory. Flash is not part of my application. Why is InstallShield installing this file, and how to I make it stop?

If the file is not added through the project, can you check if it is being pulled in as a dependency?
