Why I cannot see the Redistributables view?

Hi all!

I have read the folowing tutorial:
http://shieldmaster.wordpress.com/2009/04/26/tutorial-adding-setup-prerequisites-to-installshield-package/

But I realized that there is no "Redistributables" view im my installshield as you can see in the image bellow:

Could Anyone give a hint of how I can add this view?

If is not possible add it, how can I set a prerequisite im my project?

You are using an InstallScript project. InstallShield 2010 InstallScript projects have support for InstallShield prerequisites, but InstallShield 2009 InstallScript projects do not.

In InstallShield 2009, only Basic MSI projects and InstallScript MSI projects have support for InstallShield prerequisites.
