Where to Find InstallShield Consultants?

We're looking for an InstallShield guru to take on a quick-hit project to update out legacy (pre-2010, probably pre-2008) Installshield project and bring it up to 2012, and add a few features.

It's remarkably difficult to find places where IS consultants are found, and I figure going to the source isn't a bad idea.

Where are the places to go if you are looking for someone to fulfill a short contract of this type?
