Where is MDAC in Instalsheild 2013?

I need to include it in my installation and I cannot find it in the merge modules and I cannot download it from installshield. I appreciate it is a legacy item but it is necessary for this installation

It has been removed from InstallShield 2013. Check out Q212461: Removal of Outdated and Obsolete Items in InstallShield 2013 for a list of outdated items that have been removed.
