Where can I download Installshield 2010 Expansion Pack?

I'm having to change a legacy Installshield project to support .NET 4 IIS Application pools and can't find anywhere to download the Installshield 2010 Expansion Pack.

All the mentions I can find of this pack leads to broken links.

Does anyone happen to know where this can be downloaded?

Hello,
I'm working at an old project in InstallShield 2010. The project uses .NET 4.0 as prerequisite. 
Could you send me the downloadable of the expansion pack too?
