Where are my cab-Files?

I'm still evaluating InstallShield.
I migrated ona of my solutions and now I wonder where my cab-files are.
Instead of several cab-files I get one big msi-package thoough there is a custom "one cab per feature".

Why does it happen?

Or is it just a problem of evaluation?

Any tips is very appreciated!

This is one of the limitations in the evaluation version of InstallShield. See http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?articleid=Q200900 for more information.
