WINDIR issue on WIN2008 with Citrix
I have a application and the installation works fine on plain windows 2008 server. But once i install Citrix ( xenApp 5.0 ) the installation fails.
The path of WINDIR is set to %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\WINDOWS . This cannot be directly seen in regedit or in system environment, but in installscript i have used WINDIR to check for some installation, here it point to the wrong windows directory.
Can some one please help to resolve this issue.
is there any other way to define Windir - point to windows directory.

Use WindowsFolder to define windows directory.
