VS 2015 InstallShield LE "Object or reference not Set" Error

I have upgraded to VS 2015. I followed the InstallShield LE install process. When I attempted to open a new project in VS to enter the provided activation code, I now get "Object or reference not set" error. I am now unable to create new or add projects. Note, the installation of InstallShield LE required an installation of Microsoft C++ Redistributable package 2012. How do I get this fixed?

Did you try repairing the installations?
And did you install ISLE after upgrading to VS2015?
