Using InstallShield on Azure Build Queue

Hi all, 

what a license is required to create a build queue on azure. 
We currently have the following licenses:

InstallShield 2021 Premier Perpetual License
InstallShield 2021 Standalone Build License Perpetual License

Is there a floating license required.

As far as I know you will need a concurrent (floating) license with the cloud based license server option.
