[Urgent]Will upgrading to Installshield 2015 solve Distorted Installer Dialogs issue.

We are currently using Installshield 2011. At times the installer dialogs are getting distorted in High DPI machines.
Will this issue be solved when upgraded to latest Installshield.
If so, please provide quote for the same.
Else, how can we solve this issue.
