Upgrade tries to start the services twice

Hi,

I am using Installshield 2008 Premiere with an BasicMSI to deploy my application. When installing, there is no problem but when upgrading, from the log seems that some actions are executed twice.

Action start 15:05:09: InstallServices.
InstallServices: Service:
Action ended 15:05:09: InstallServices. Return value 1.
Action start 15:05:09: StartServices.
StartServices: Service: Starting services
Action ended 15:05:09: StartServices. Return value 1.
...
Action 15:05:51: InstallServices. Installing new services
Action 15:05:52: StartServices. Starting services

Can this be avoided ?
Any help would be appreciated,

Hi Robert,

It was a minor upgrade, but I see that this happens in the case of the normal install to (start services appear two times). I guess it's a service issue, because it gives an error when I stop it from windows to.

Will look into it and come back,
