Updating RemoveFile and RemoveRegistry tables for minor upgrade

I have basic msi setup and I want to create a minor upgrade for it
After building the setup I have many validations errors and warnings ( Val0001& Val0009 & Val0010) saying I need to update the RemoveFile and RemoveRegistry tables
Is there an automatic way for doing that ? ( beside updating the ism from a text editor )

I do not think there are automatic way to do that.
In fact it seems that you have removed files from one version to another one.
In this case, you need to populate manually the RemoveFile and RemoveRegistry table.
