We have migrated our installer to Install shield 2018 version & on installation dialog we are trying to open PDF file on button click
It is launching properly & file open with windows 8 version but now with Windows 10 we are unable to launch file
When we change access level from administrator to invoke it is working fine before migration also it is working fine.
