Trialware broken?

I have received account notification for this server:

http://activationservice.installshield.com/

But I can't log in to it and I also can't retrieve a licence using the Trialware system in InstallShield. I have tried contacting Flexera Support but they completely missed the point and thought I was asking for my Support username!

Anyone managed to use this system successfully recently?

OK, I now have access to the system and have obtained a licence but when I build the project I get the following error:

ISDEV : error -4075: File not found. An error occurred merging Module 'InstallShieldTrialware.7666F65F_B819_451E_A75D_50EDB655640D:0' for Feature 'MainApp'.

Anyone know how to fix this?
