The Activation key of InstallShield 2020 can't work

Hi 

We have a Activation key of InstallShield 2020, but our PC installed InstallShield 2019, so far the InstallShield 2019 is not able to be activated with the key.

Because we don't want to upgrade InstallShield 2019 to InstallShield 2020, any helps?
