Text File Changes View

I would like to know if the Text File Changes View can be used to do a wildcard search and replace? For example, the on-line help in InstallShield 2011 gives an example of finding

The Text File Changes View currently does not support wildcard searches. I filed the work order #IOA-000059063 so that we will take into consideration for a future release.
