TFS 2010 build server and Installshield LE

I am trying to set up a deployment using VS 2010 and the new Installshield LE product through the TFS 2010 build server. I am getting the error "Error 2715: The specified File key [1] not found in the File table" when trying to install the msi genereated by the build server. I am able to succesfully install the msi generated through VS2010. Please help me with some troubleshooting steps I can use to identify the issue.
