Setup launcher failed to download MSI package
Hi,
We have following problem on slow connection (less than 54 mbps)
Setup.exe (Setup launcher we use for Install from the web) failed to download MSI package, actually about 1/2 of MSI package downloaded and then downloading interrupted. Anyway setup.exe try to run MSI package and user receive "Unknown publisher" security message - this happens since MSI is corrupted and its digital signature also.
One of scenarios:
1.User uses wireless connection - less than 54 mbps
2.FF browser
3.User receives clicks on link to setup.exe launcher.
Result: the download process failes with the error : "Unknown publisher"
Do you have same tickets or some workaround.
Thanks

Hello
One workaround can consist to use the option extract the msi package from the setup.exe.
Regards.
