ServiceInstall not running anymore

We have a Basic MSI project that has been created with the trial version of InstallShield 2010. This setup install a Windows Service. We now have the licensed version of InstallShield and building the same project doesn't install the service. It seems that the ServiceInstalls action is not running. The only other difference is the machine where InstallShield is Installed.

Does anybody have a clue?

Problem solved... The executable needs to be the key file of the component.
