As of 30 September 2014, the SPF record (http://www.openspf.org) for learn.flexerasoftware.com is v=spf1 a ip4:63.151.143.45 include:_netblocks.eloqua.com ~all

The licensing e-mail I just received came from na01-bn1-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com ([157.56.110.87]) and since it didn't match the SPF record, ended up in my spam folder.

It appears that when Flexera migrated to Office365, they updated the SPF record for flexerasoftware.com but neglected to update the subdomain, learn.flexerasoftware.com.

Hopefully, a Flexera representative lurking in the forum here can get this information passed up to whomever manages DNS for the company.
