Select redistributable based on Windows OS version

How do I go about selecting which redistributable to install based on the Windows OS.  To be more specific, I want to install SQL Express V2012 on Windows 7.  On all other versions of Windows above 7 (i.e. 8, 10...) I want to install SQL Express V2017.

  You can specify the install condition for the prerequisite (SQL Express) in the prerequisite editor.
