SQLBrowse and IS_SQLSERVER_LOCAL_ONLY
When using IS_SQLSERVER_LOCAL_ONLY set to 1 and SQLBrowse you should only get locally installed servers.
I have a case where there are more servers show then are locally installed.
Now i think this is the cause but I would like some confirmation:
Could it be that servers installed on another machine, with the same computername, that are now or have recently been connected to the same network, are also shown?

The SQLBrowse dialog also displays Microsoft SQL Servers registered for ODBC Data Sources (DSNs) on your machine.
