Return buttons for SAB licenses not visible

Hello

some days ago I returned in the Product and license center a SAB license. Now I want to return another SAB license, but the buttons on all licenses are not visible!

In former times I had entered a remark in my documentation to call in this case +44 1925 944 367 or +44 8000 478 642 to ask for getting the return buttons. But calling this numbers I'm always placed on hold! This is very annoying!

Someone here with a solution?
