Restributable fails to download - yes I'm running as admin

Hi,

I'm running IS 2020 and I tick the checkbox under Redistributables for .NET Framework 4.7.2 Full. I get the following folder created -

C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2020\SetupPrerequisites\Microsoft .net\4.6.1\Full

But I get: Failed to download

The computer has access to the internet (I just tried out a browser). I ran the IDE as admin. I'm not running it from within Visual Studio.

What am I doing wrong?

It might be an MS problem. I can't download from this page either -

When I click on the download link, a tab appears and then goes away.
