Request code can't offline activate installshield

I tried to use the request key to activate my install shield, which is within 21 trial day, but it still doesn't work no matter what code i obtain. I need help with this issue 😞

What version of InstallShield are you attempting to activate? If you are using a full edition (Exp/Pro/Pre), you will not be able to activate it using an InstallShield LE activation code. You will need to either purchase an InstallShield license, or download and install the appropriate InstallShield LE installer.
