Reactivation of install shield 2010 Sp1

I have sent an email to reactivations@installshield.com and have not heard back

I do understand the reaction service will be discontinues in July but i need to get it activated now

I have the Off line activation string because I get an error when trying to activate it on line

please could some one get back to be @ my email address

InstallShield 2010 is end of life and no longer supported. Anyway you could try mailing the activation request file to OActivations@flexerasoftware.com instead.
