We have an old but perfectly formed version of InstallShield Pro 12 which has served us well for many years. We've move the machine it is installed on to to a new physical locaction with a new IP address and now when we package up our releases we now get a warning message saying we're using an Evaluation Version which is clearly not right.
We've tried re-registering with our licence file but the registration service is no longer responding - we assume it has long since moved or been decommissioned.
Is anybody able to confirm how we go about getting our product re-registered?
Just for the benefit of those who may come across this issue at a future date, we raised a support call and the licence issue was quickly resolved and we're up and running.
