May be a stupid question, but is it the same for 32-Bit and 64-Bit OS ? Or should I call %systemroot%\syswow64\regsvr32 on 64-Bit OS because the DLL are 32-Bit ?
I believe RegSvr32 looks at the DLL and is able to invoke the other RegSvr32 as necessary to register DLLs for either platform. If you run into difficulties, however, don't be shy about trying the 32-bit variant (in SysWOW64 as you mention) explicitly.
