Property not set by Dialog

I have a public property (name all uppercase) in a dialog that should be getting set via a checkbox in the UI sequence and then used in the exec sequence. It is not getting set by the dialog. I am looking at the right property because it is set if I manually set it in the Property table. It is a SecureCustomProperty. What am I over-looking?

I meant that it is a SecureCustomProperty. Thanks for catching. I edited the post above.

Got it working.
'Indirect Property' must be set to False.
Need to go into Property Manager and delete property so that checkbox is not automatically checked.
