Programatically enable/disable (or turn on/turn off) prerequisites pre build
Hi,
I have in IS InstallScript project that uses some prerequisites, some of which I don't always need to included when I make a build.
My question is, is it possible using the Installshield COM API to enable/disable or turn on/turn off some prerequisites in a project prior to building the project? Currently I do this for some of the features in the project but I can't seem to find anything in the documenation about enabling/disabling prerequisites. I've looked at the IS project .ISM file and I could probably write some code to manually edit the file and remove the prerequisite but I'm not sure how will this will work or if it's even a good idea.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Nick
