Product license has been corrupted: Installshield 2016

We have Install shield 2016 installed on a 2019 Server virtual machine. 

 

Last week we started getting a product license has been corrupted.  You must repair the license before you can continue error.  When attempting to repair it, it completes successfully, however I still get the same error when I attempt to start the app. 

 

Is there anyway to get this fixed?

This message appear if any change in the operating system or in the hardware.

Usually repair will fix the corrupted license, incase if it is not fixing please reach out to Revenera support .
