Same here. I cannot download internal_rebootfiles.zip to fix InstallShield 2008 runonce bug. So far, I cannot find hotfixes on their website yet, either.

I was able to use the link after I searched the InstallShield knowledge base for hotfix runonce. From there, it worked! Now to test it.
