Problem downloading merge module

Hi,
I'm missing some merge modules that I want to download, but that option is grayed out.
What do i have to do to enable it?

You do not have the option to download those merge modules because they are not native to InstallShield. You will need to obtain the merge modules directly from the vendor or possible a previous version of InstallShield and place them in the 2012 modules folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2012\Modules\i386).

Then my next question is, how do you disable merge modules?
