Problem downloading InstallShield Limited Edition for Visual Studio

When filling in the for on http://learn.flexerasoftware.com/content/IS-EVAL-InstallShield-Limited-Edition-Visual-Studio?lang=1033&ver=pro and clicking the "Download Now" button I get redirected to a blank page (http://now.eloqua.com/e/f2.aspx) and no download occurs. The first time attempt had the subscribe to forums option ticked and I was subscribed to the forums, but no download of the software.

Have tried in FF/IE/Chrome.

Any ideas how I can get this page to work?
