Prerequisite CR_12_3_SP3_runtime.prq cannot be located

I have just removed InstallShield 2017 and installed 2019.
I have than opened my existing InstallShield project file using installed 2019 and updated it.
Getting the following error while creating an installer:
"Your project contains a reference to the InstallShield prerequisite CR_12_3_SP3_runtime.prq; however, this file cannot be located."
