PAckage (MSI and exe) with Windows Installer included.....

Hello,

I try to build which can be used on WinXP and up.
So I included the Windows-Installer-4.5 redistributable.
At the releases-menu I configuered a setup-launcher, but when I try to install it on a XP-Machine I always get the messages that I have to install a Service-Pack to get a newer Version of the Installer.....

Any hints?
If you need further informations, please ask.

Windows Installer 4.5 requires Windows XP SP2 or later. It cannot be installed on Windows XP SP1 or Windows XP RTM.

I also tried an other Version of the installer (3.1 at the moment), same result.
Btw: The Test-Host has a XP SP3 installed.
